Fans put on their red or blue glasses and, under direction from the show’s lead, worked together to defuse the bomb before time ran out. Even the cast of the show got into the spirit, coming to play (and lose) after their premiere screening.

History Channel – Vikings VR & Photo-Op
Thousands of fans lined up to enter the Vikings universe in immersive virtual reality through Oculus Rift and then took a Google Cardboard to try it at home. They could also snag some Vikings props and have their photo taken in front of a large Viking Ship

Mr. Robot – Bank of E
Fans were asked to open an account at the show’s antagonist, the Bank of E. Once registered they received an Ecoin card which could be immediately scanned for a welcome gift.
RESULTS: 5,000 applications completed including email address and show feedback
Supergirl – Crush Your Landing Photo-op
Fans were invited to strap on a cape and crush their best superhero landing, then share it with friends directly, or have the photo emailed to themselves. Early arrivals earned a limited edition Supergirl Funko Pop!
RESULTS: 1,300 photos taken with 700 choosing to opt-in via email
